Returns

• Sale items are not eligible for return
• No returns on any items purchased using any payment plan
• We must be notified in writing via email at brushedwigs@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
• Post mark your return package within 5 days of receipt in its original condition
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please do not mark signature required.
• Refund will be issued upon receipt of wig and after confirmation it has been returned in its original condition.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be returned once processed. 
• Strong odors, lace cutting as well as any wig glue or adhesion to the lace will make it ineligible for return.

Shipping

• We use UPS and USPS depending on shipping destination.
• Please let us know if you would like a specific carrier.
• Default shipping we do not select signature required.
• If you would like to add signature required, please notify us in writing and it will be added at no additional cost
• Once your wig is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with shipping details for tracking.
• Please allow 24 hours for tracking to be updated from the carrier once the label is created
