Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is my top priority. Please read the policy below carefully, as it varies depending on the type of wig purchased.

Pre-Colored Wigs

Returns and exchanges are accepted on standard pre-colored wigs under the following conditions:

• Written notice must be submitted within 3 days of delivery to brushedwigs@gmail.com

• Wig must be unaltered — no cuts, or modifications outside of moving the part.

• Lace must be uncut

• Wig must be in its original, unworn condition

If all conditions are met, you may choose a return or exchange. Please reach out promptly so we can get started.

Studio Edits

Edited wigs (wigs that have been customized or altered at your request) are eligible for exchange only, under the following conditions:

• Written notice must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

• Wig must be unaltered beyond the agreed-upon edit — no additional cuts, color changes, or modifications

• Lace must be uncut

No refunds are issued on edited wigs. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Wigs

All custom wig orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of custom work, no returns or exchanges can be accepted.

That said, your happiness matters deeply to me. If you experience any issues with your custom wig, please reach out, I will always do my best to make it right

Add-On Services

Add-on services such as alterations and repairs are evaluated individually. Please contact me directly to discuss any alterations or modifications.
